follow me on my journey to getting fit and healthy. I've always been a big girl, but being big and being unhealthy are two different things. I'm changing myself for good. Weight loss goals: X= achieved.: 1- 230lbs -X. 2- 220lbs 3- 210lbs 4- 200lbs 5- 180lbs 6- 165lbs 7- 150lbs- ULTIMATE GOAL.I hope that can change this summer.
Even if I only lose another 10lbs or so, I want to be confident enough to get a swim suit and enjoy the lake.

This is the only pic I can find of my face like this. I don’t remember EVER looking this big. This disgusts me. I know the biggest I’ve ever got (measured) was 256lbs.
I’m guessing this is when that happened. I’m just wondering why I had pics like every month and this is the only one i can find of me this big.
Either way.
I’m 230 now. I started my diet at 242.
Still way crazy the difference in my face.
I have a long way to go.

I’m excited that i’m seeing progress finally.
I have one 20oz one I use every day. I try to drink 4 fills of it a day. I’d like to get a 2nd on the though to switch them out between washings and such.
